e16: Don Scribner

This week I had a conversation with Don Scribner. Don is an actor, writer, producer, musician and has a stack of other talents we didn’t have time to chat about this time around. It was fun to hear Don’s perspective on the wide variety of projects he’s done. From movies to voice over work to a one-man show, Don’s done a bit of everything.

In this episode we chat about:

  • Getting in to acting in 8th grade
  • Don’s first lead role in a movie “Slave Girls from Beyond Infinity
  • Getting your resume out, how that’s different from 1987 to today
  • Advice for somebody who wants to be an actor
  • Doing a one-man stage show called Two Rooms in the Valley
  • Playing live music
  • Getting music in to a handful of movies
  • Voice acting
  • 7 movies coming out in 2015
  • Writing a sequel to Who Killed Love

You can find Don at donscribner.com, or check out his page on IMDB.
